The Philippine Consulate General in Barcelona conducted yet again another consular outreach, this time in Ibiza, Spain on 08 and 09 October 2023. A total of 194 consular services, including passport application, dual citizenship, report of birth, notarials, NBI, and yellow card application was rendered.

With the said consular outreach, the Consulate has eliminated the need for our kababayans to spend for and travel long distances. It also created opportunities for the Consulate to engage and build stronger ties with our kababayans in the island. Ibiza is a part of the Baleares Group of Islands, home to around 7,000 Filipinos.

The Consulate was likewise joined by OWWA-Madrid and SSS-Milan.
