As part of the Barcelona PCG's series on the celebration of National Women's Month, the UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Provincial Government of Pangasinan invite everyone to a symposium paying tribute to the first lady senator of the Philippines, Senator Geronima Tomeldon-Pecson.
