The Department of Foreign Affairs condoles with the family of former DFA Secretary Roberto R. Romulo who passed away last 23 January.

An online Condolences Book has been prepared for those who wish to leave messages of condolences and sympathies for the bereaved family. All messages shall be collated and presented to the family of the late Secretary.
